Our High School Alma Mater won on Friday night. played at Texas Stadium at 9:00 P.M.
 
Score 56-35
 
Now they advance to the next stage of playoffs Cool
 
Saturday November 27 - Time 1:30 P.M., for those of you wanting to make this game  Grin

YEA, our Pirates won yesterday, 14-13.  A very close game and a very defensive one.  
14-13 was the score when the second quarter ended.  I made a comment I wished this were then end of the game, two quarters later and it was!
 
Our Team had control of the football the last 7 minutes and what a 7 minutes it was!  I didn't know they could kill so much time.  
Everyone in the stands were on their feet,  holding their breath that the other team didn't make some kind of majic and end up with the ball, thus scoring and leaving no time for the Pirates to REV up their AHMO and score!
 
Next Saturday at 4:00 P.M., we will anxiously be seated in the stand awaiting the outcome of yet another game keeping up on our feet and AHMO-ing our team on to victory, and closer to the State Trophy!
 
Forum Friends please say a prayer for our players, as this team is BIG.  
From what we read in the paper about the opposition's size, they could/be a PRO Team.
