PEPSI GIVING AWAY "THE APPRENTICE" BOTTLE TO SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS

PURCHASE, NY -- Pepsi is offering the chance to win two tickets to the season finale of NBC's "The Apprentice" by entering an online sweepstakes at www.pepsiedge.com. As announced in a special commercial at the end of Thanksgiving night's episode, those who enter by December 1 also have a chance to win a limited-edition replica of the Pepsi Edge bottle inspired by the Apex team or a free 2-liter bottle of Pepsi Edge.

During "The Apprentice" episode, the two teams (Mosaic and Apex) were sent to Pepsi's headquarters in Purchase, NY to design a new bottle and marketing campaign for Pepsi Edge. After presenting in a boardroom filled with more than 150 Pepsi executives, Apex was declared the winning team. Andy, a member of team Mosaic, was fired at the end of the episode and was featured in a commercial for the Pepsi Edge sweepstakes with Raj, who was fired earlier this month. Pepsi is the first show sponsor to feature two fired "Apprentice" candidates in a commercial.

One80 Design, a product and package innovation and design firm located in New York City, created the Pepsi Edge replica bottles and acted as design consultants for each "Apprentice" team. Photos of the two replicas designed by Apex and Mosaic can be found at www.pepsiedge.com.
