Here's our member map of Asia, from those that have filled it out.  It looks like most are in areas that were not hit at all or fairly protected from the tsunami, thankfully.

I remember he mentioned something like he's a moderator in one of the message boards he frequent (about wrestling?), and I think he also has his own business that he runs. Maybe he's just busy.

I have been worrying about Genius too.  We have been sending messages to each other and I thought for sure I would have recieved one after Christmas.  I have not heard from him since the day before Chrismas.

Actually, I got hold of a computer on 26th Dec in a resort in Beijing. That was when I posted the 5th leg of my race.
 
Sorry, it was too cold at night to go to an internet cafe. And it's cheap too. Cost no more than US$1.25/hour. Damned!!

Sweet is from Cebu City, oldest Philippine city on Cebu island, south of Manila... Cheesy  dubbed as the "queen city of the south"
