Thanks... my mom gave that to me when I visited her in LA last August... Cheesy

yup.. I think my bro will be in good hands by August.. heheheh.... my bro is to wed her fiancee on August..

my bro and I joined his fiancee's family for the holidays.. since it is only I and he whom is left here in Manila, after my parents and sis moved to LA. By Feb, my bro will also be moving to Singapore to work there...

JP... its easy to go to Singapore... all you need is your passport and a plane ticket... Filipinos may stay in Singapore without visa for a max of 1 month... you'll only spend about $450 (Php25200) on a non-peak season...

last May was my first visit to Singapore and we got a 3day-2night package with a half day city tour plus free breakfast which costed us US$318 + Php1620 ($29, Phils Tax)... so that's about $347..

I spent $100 more for my food, transportation, shopping, and Sentosa expenses... also during that 3-day period we we're able to cross the Malaysian border via Johore Bahru but we didn't stayed long there...

yup, we visited the original merlion near the Esplanade.. last May we have visited all 3 merlions of Singapore.. in Merlion Park, in Sentosa, and on Mt. Faber (a pitstop of TAR3)

that would be a good news.. we'll now have 3 direct flights between Manila and Singapore.. currently Philippine Airlines and Singapore Airlines have direct flights between the cities...

yup Singapore Airline (SQ) does have a very good service but I like Cathay Pacific (CX) more.... Philippine Airlines (PR) is more expensive that SQ....

yeah.. me too.. I love to travel.. I loved to travel around the Philippines but when I my company sent me to Vietnam and I got the chance to become a tourist there for a few days.. I knew that I have to go to other countries too... I dream of touring as many countries that I can afford... Cheesy

I got a guidebook entitled '1000 Places to See before You Die'... I've been to 8 of them and I target to go to at least 25% of the places listed in the book before I die.. Cheesy
