check this link... an officemate of mine broadcasted this through YM... this shows the destruction left by the Asian tsunami geographically..   don't worry there is no dead bodies in the pictures

Such destruction and horror!  I've often wondered how far the sea encroached, inland.   How many blocks, kilometers, miles did people have to run to escape the waves.  Horrifying!

WOW, that is to scary...  I dont know what to say.  I feel for all those people.  You have to wonder how they will ever recover.  You know that they will, however it will take so long so many years, so sad, very, very sad.
