I've just been going through my emails and private messages and through some cards sent to me. I have come across so many from our dear Sharon...MzWings....

The first dating back to april 2001 when i first got to know her at Survivor addicts....the same place I got know so many of you wonderful people.

I spoke with Sharon many times via the phone and she was always so thrilled to speak to me....I remember one time when I called and her daughter Debbie was there.....I said "I wont keep you as I know you need to catch up with your daughter " and Sharon replied..."oh I can speak to her anytime, you just keep on talking and I'll listen to you for however long I want".....thats our Sharon!

She also sent me a beautiful card and gift when i lost my house to the bushfires and the card included a feather from her beloved "WINGS"......I'll treasure these always!

I sure do miss her wit, spunk and charm!

I believe in Miracles and one day I'm sure we'll se wingsy back here!

We miss her too! I think of her at least 3 times a day......how odd that is, since I never met her IRL. Wingsy was in the CBS chat room (ugh) with me one day and directed me to SA. Chat was busy then, and we "chatted" a lot. She startled me when she wrote that Wings had just pooped on her foot!!! That was before I knew that her pal Wings was a bird. She was such a character. I have hopes she'll recover as well, but don't think it's realistic. If anyone can, it'll be Wingsy.

This is such a sad topic for me. I miss Sharon terribly and wish she were still here with us in the forums. I hope she continues to recover and is at least happy until her time comes. I would love to see her in here again some day, but that's more of a wish than an expectation.

I talked with her several times during the days she was feeling so bad and begging her to go to the ER. I miss our chats on aol, miss our bantering back and forth, even miss oour arguments. As we are both spoiled only children, we became very close and had a special bond. I miss her so much Cry

I haven't even tried to get an update since the last time, as it took so long to get an answer. Today I will send an email and ask how she is doing.

We talk about getting together, but Wings and I had planned to meet each other this year. Who knows, we plan to travel to Canada and I may meet her eventually.

Oh Avs, don't feel bad, just about everyone of us had a disagreement with her.

What ever you fought about, Sharon forgives you, and I'm sure you forgive her. That's just the kind of person Sharon is. She was fiesty and would give a good argument at times, but she never held a grudge. Sharon was always someone who'd forgive you as easily as she'd fight with you. Wink

When Sharon leaves this world, it won't be with any ill-will towards you.

) As y'all have said, she was a character on the boards or in chats. She loved big chats with lots of people. I'll never stop missing her, she was so much a part of board life for so many of us. Get better Sharon!

She was an amazing woman. I never knew her very well personally, but I remember that she would always keep up on what was going on with everyone just to make sure everything was OK. She is a very special lady and I pray she will get better.

Sharon and I met at SA. she would write to me privately about my mom all the time when I first went there and stupidly announced that my mom was dying from liver cancer and I couldn't afford to pay their membership fees. She kept tabs on me off and on through that time and then one day, she misread something I posted on the board and she and I had our first fight. With the help of Addams, I figured out this lady a bit and let it go. Then we became pretty close for a time, chatting all the time on Aim. But I was pretty down during those days cause of losing my mom and since she was pretty down too, she and I decided it best if we stopped talking. We went through some tough months afterward and it was only when I found out that she wasn't feeling well that I finally called her for the first time since she had called me through mom's passing. We chatted several different nites the 2 weeks leading up to her stroke and made amends for all our hard feelings and disagreements. I got to tell her that I still loved her and considered her a good friend and she told me the same. I got to listen to her relive a lot of her childhood as she told me stories about growing up and life with her mamma. I am so thankful that Addams told me she was not feeling well cause otherwise I would never have called her. I would have never have made my peace with her and that would have torn me up for the rest of my life.

Sharon's personality showed alot of her past hardships. She is a stubborn woman. If she wants to live, she will continue to fight.

I miss MzWings all the time too. She was such a part of my online life and one of the very first folks I ever chatted with at SA. I wish her and her family well. I also feel like I knew her as a friend even though we never met.
