.... the Philippines already has a nuclear power plant in Bataan (3 hrs north of Manila)... though it lay sleeping after our Constitution banned the production of nuclear power..... we are still paying millions of pesos in maintaining this sleeping facility! Angry

well.. I guess if Manila's polution problem isn't solved soon.... in 2029... we would rarely see a blue sky.... Undecided
