I am and I'm happy to report that I finally have to use the drawstring on my warmup pants to keep them up!

Seriously, though, I decided once and for all that if I'm to live a longer life, the weight must come off!  Hopefully, my triglyceride, cholesterol, and blood pressure levels will come down as well.

I'm not dieting yet, but I am increasing my physical activities so as to burn those calories that I take in. I also force myself not to eat anything unless it's served on the table. No snacks in front of the TV for me (except when watching my fave shows, LOL!).
 
I actually lost a lot of weight during college (due to ROTC training) and I'm gaining all the weight back now. This should STOP!  Angry

I've decided to get back on track. I got the OK from my Dr and Physical Therapist to start going back to the gym  :weights: I have an appt with my trainer on Monday!
 
I also have taped a HUGE note to the refrigerator to remind myself that the only thing I can have after 7:30pm is water or herbal tea.

Doing well. The Dr said I should be 100% in about 3 months. The foot is still pretty sore first thing in the morning and also if I've spent a lot of time on my feet. Overall it's going well though. Thanks for asking!

Great news, I4S Cool  As for dieting, aren't I always these days Roll Eyes
The worst part is not being abot to get outside and walk.  
 
I joined Curves, then had the horrible problem with Diverticulitis twice from October to December.  I thought I was over it and guess wshat, I woked up around 4 A.M. this morening having problems again.  Luckily I reached the doctor and he claled in my two prescriptions that make me feel horrible and I've now had the first two!  Had I not reached the doctor and gotten some meds this afternoon, I would be in the ER right now, hemmoraging is not for me!  And this is scaring my husband beyond words.  
 
Ok, back to dieting!  I'm going to conquer this, again,  and get back to it Cool

First I had to get in touch with my doctor and get the meds.
If I'm not better by tomorrow afternoon, I'll take myself to the Emergency Room.
