who the hell or what the hell.....Amber Frey is?
 
I've been seeing her pop up an awful lot lately on shows like Oprah, The View, The Insider and Inside edition!
 
Her book is being flogged to death on all these shows....it's not here in Australia yet.....
 
However all I hear is...." oh you are such a brave woman, oh you poor woman going through all that" etc etc
 
Excuse me.....but wasn't she the mistress of Scott Peterson?
 
The poor and brave woman everyone keeps talking about if I am correct was the lover of the murdering son of a bitch! She started the affair with him knowing he was married and continued it even knowing his wife lacy was pregnant....and please correct me if I'm wrong but didn't she continue the affair even  after Lacy was missing?
 
 
So she's written a book about her " oh heartbreak" and now there is even a movie being made about her life?
 
Well excuse me....I don't know much about this woman and I could well be wrong however I don't think there is anything poor or brave about this woman....she appears to be exploiting the death of a woman who should be seen as brave and that is Lacy peterson!
 
I believe this Amber has ,married and also has a child and there is some issue there....but whose fault is that?
 
As I said I really know nothing about this case as I'm only seeing bits and pieces so I'm unsure of Ambers involvement.
 
However I haven't seen any books or movies coming out from Lacys parents or such!
 
In one interview I heard Amber say she" just wanted to be left alone and sought out the custody battle with her child in peace"....maybe should have thought about that before she slept with a married man and then wrote a book about it!
 
I do understand that her child is with another man however I don't know what the custody issue is all about!
 
Could someone please enlighten me?

Amber Frey is the girlfriend that Scott Peterson--who was just convicted by a jury of murdering his wife and unborn son around Christmastime (was it 2003?) in California--was stringing along before his wife died and even after the death of his wife.  
 
Amber Frey, the single mother of a toddler daughter, met Scott Peterson at a party, thinking he was unmarried.  Meanwhile, Scott's pregnant wife was at home thinking he was away on business.
 
It wasn't until the media starting covering the story of Laci's (the wife's) disappearance that Amber realized the guy she was involved with was married to this woman.  He continued to lie to Amber throughout the whole ordeal, even pretending to call her from Paris, France on New Year's Eve when he was, in fact, just miles away from her in California.
 
The reason many would say Amber was brave is because she decided to step forward once she realized who Scott really was.  In cooperation with the police, she was able to tape her conversations with Scott over a period of time, sufficient to incriminate him at his trial.  Those tapes clearly painted him as the S.O.B. he truly was.
 
So, morally, no--Amber is no saint.  She's made a lot of poor choices in her life but where Scott was concerned, she had the wool pulled over her eyes, as we say here.  She didn't know what had hit her until it was too late.

BTW, I know nothing about her child custody battle but it has nothing to do with Scott Peterson.
 
Scott was a man who liked lots of "action," if you know what I mean.  I hope he's seeing plenty of it in prison.

Which child, luci?  I thought I read she either had or was having another baby with a current boyfriend.   She had a daughter when she was involved with Scott.

The baby.  She won't be in a custody battle with her daughter's Dad.  This dead beat has never contributed onepenny to the little girl, who is now 4 I think.

mmmmmm......ok so she lets everyone think she didn't know scott ws married....mmmmmmmm....yea right?
 
An interview I saw of her somewhere showed photos of her and scott together at a christmas party.....part of her testimony at trial was...." I mentioned to scott that we shouldn't have our photo taken together" His reply was " don't worry, no one who matters will see them" implying that his wife was already or would be dead soon.......so if she didn't think he was married why would she care if they were photographed together?
 
I'm sorry but I just don't see this woman as a victim!
