Today I just got in a car wreck.
We were heading down a hill and hit a patch of ice. We started to turn and a bus was headed right at us. It looked like it was going to hit me head on but we turned with just enought room and it ruined the side. I am ok but I am a little shaken up.

I'm glad to hear you are ok. I have had my fair share of accidents throughout the years, including one where I lost control on ice and flew off the road. There's nothing like that terrible feeling in your stomach when you realize you've lost control and there's nothing you can do but ride it out and hope you and your car are ok at the end. Now, the fact that you almost got hit by a bus added on top of that and you may very well experience some post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) afterward, it would be normal to. If you find a little while after this accident has passed you start having a lot of nightmares about being hit or dying, etc. you might want to do something about that, it can really disrupt your life. I'm glad your physical health is ok, but keep an eye on your mental health following this.
