I recently got season 1 on DVD, and I backed it up on my PSP(www.psptransfer.com) so that I could watch it on my way to work (good way to make the commute fly by, btw). It's really interesting all of the little hints about the other passengers that I just totally glossed over when they aired because I thought they were all dead. Of course, it brought up way more questions than answers (what in this show doesn't?!)

They said tonight this is an "extended" episode... but when I check tv listings for next week it's showing only an hour for LOST. Might want to keep an eye out just in case, and I'll post if I find anything

Quite an interesting episode. I was just certain that Nathan was their "Ethan"... was very surprised when it turned out to be Goodwin!!! Gave a whole new meaning to Jin's comment to Eko about "Others". I did think, though, that it gave some insight into the "Others"... Goodwin's comments about how they took the "good people" and the "strong ones"...

I've got a whole different attitude about Ana Lucia after last night.. she kicks a$$!! Literally!!

Next week with her and Sayid is going to be AWESOME!!!

I have to go back and rewatch the beginning for Goodwin running out of the Jungle.

It looks like A-L really did Kill Shannon.

But the spec is that we don't find out what really happened til the episode after next....so...does she just THINK she did it?

Although even last nights episode, they don't clearly show what happens, shannon's there and then she's not....maybe she shot at something else and something else shot shannon

This just seems to simple...but then i read into things

I did go back and watch the whole thing again last night... he does come out of the jungle, and isn't wet at all.. I'm waiting for the episode on iTunes though, I'm going to go ahead and buy all the episodes and download them, that way I can watch them whenever I want.. :-D

Acutally, everything I've read said we find out next week.. it was two weeks after the shooting (last week) so next week should be the episode where they reveal it. Also, there are reports of a podcast done with the producers, and apparently they've said it was Ana who shot her... accidentally... and it's supposed to create conflict between the talies and the others...

Very, very good episode that tied things together.

I knew from the very start of the episode from the peaceful serene beach that all of a sudden we'd see a plane crashing by. That was awesome to see, and then to have the chair fly right into the camera...

I really did thought though that The Others were going to be more stronger and invincible that Ana Lucia was leading us to be saying they are smart, quick, and this gun and this bullet alone can't kill them. But they did manage to kill 4 of them.

I too thought that Nathan was one of them, but never caught the Ethan reference since I didnt' watch the episodes of Lost with Ethan in it and all that Canada stuff. But it was still a surprise to see Goodwin as one of them.

And what's with the llittle bunker they found. It's not like it is blocked off from view or anything, or hard to get into. They just open itt up, simple as that...

But now I know where that llittle hole trap Ana dug up came about from, and all the paranoia from the Tailies section, and how Jin was caught, and how he escaped, so everything was nicely tied together.
