Whether they're true or not.. is up to you to decide... though I can see it happening this way...

Everything that is mentioned "In the last five minutes" is stuff that is implied or shown in the preview - Locke saying "None of this is real" the implication that he doesn't push the button, shows the blast doors coming down, and shows Jack looking up toward a loud noise (tho not an explosion that I heard).  
 
As for the stuff in his "Episode 3.01" it's LOST, anything is possible.. LOL
