Any Favorite Sequel Film???

Well as we have noticed, since 2001, a lot of sequel films has sprung up...  I think it was started by the prequel trilogy of Starwars starting at Episode I, the 2 book based films Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings, then came the multitude of Marvel films which most having sequels, Charlie's Angels, and the latest Terminator.....
 
so which would you say to be the best sequel films for you... or you will definitely line up to watch the film? ;d...
 
well.. i'll go for Starwars,Spidey, and LOTR... hehehhe  ;d
 
how bout you guys? Grin

Godfather sequel ranks up there in the best for me. Star Wars saga too I know many didnt like new ones but they expect too much I didnt I like the storyline and learning about the boy/man who will become Darth Vader

LOTR trilogy is the best.  I do hope they make 'The Hobbit' a movie.

3rd film The Hobbit? I dont see how since they havent finished saga of Frodo yet.

Well, if you're looking for good sequels, I suppose, Going My Way (Best Picture, 1944, 4 other Ocsars, 8 nominations), and The Bells of St. Mary's(Best Picture Nomination 1945), would be a good place to start.  Then we have The Godfather (Best Picture, 1972), and The Godfather, Part 2 (Best Picture, 1974).  And, finally, LotR I and LotR II which were both nominated for Best Picture.  Personally, I really enjoyed X2: X-Men United

Probably my personal favorite sequel of all time (based on how many times I have seen it) is Star Trek 2 - The Wrath of Kahn.
