The Whole Ten Yards

I am looking forward to this movie since I heard of it... the first movie was funny and great! The chemistry between Perry and Willis is smooth!  
 
Anyways, it might get here in the Philippines months from the initial showing in US... only mega anticipated blockbusters(LotR, Potter, etc..) gets here together or at most a week after with US... But to anyone who saw this movie, is it as bad as critics say it is? I hope not... I mean I know we all have different taste, but most critics says this movie is a let down!

I have not seen it personally, but my mother did this weekend and told me about it.  She said it was very silly, and low-brow humor for sure, but worth quite a few laughs if you enjoy silliness (which I do).
