Enough has already been said about the movie.  It was pretty lame.  I expected this.  I will just carry with me the greatness of the book.

HOWEVER.  One good thing did come out of it.

PAUL WALKER

Oh.  my.  GOD!

What a hunk.  Had heard his name way back when when all the reviews were coming out.  And of course I knew his character from the book because he was my favorite. But I never imagined him to look like a Greek god.     Tongue Tongue Tongue

Hey, the book was great! My favorite Crichton book. The movie could have been better.

Jaypee, we should discuss the book sometime. It was one of my faves by Crichton.

Cool Thanks LL!

Actually, I want to see the movie again, even though they say it isn't that good. I don't know why. Maybe because I couldn't remember anything from the movie other than the my siblings saying "The movie sucks!" (of course I translated that, but that perfectly defines what they felt)

Making a batch of margaritas and going for a 3rd viewing.  la la la la.
Meanwhile, for those of you who read this thread. My friend Leanne in Toronto is in the midst of rubbing elbows with my main man, Mr. Jake Billingsley from Survivor Thailand.  They are having Project Cool up there and she has promised me a surprise later in the evening.  Hopefully a phone call from him.  At the very least his autograph to add to my collection.
