We saw it on DVD last week. It's creepy but in a bit of a different way than we're used to in American horror movies. It was filmed in Japan by a Japanese director. I really can't say more about it.

If I had seen this on the big screen, I probably would've watched it behind my fingers since my hands would have been over my eyes a good deal of the time!

This one was alot like the origonal Japanese movie, unlike The Ring from 2002, which was very different from the origonal Japanese movie Ringu

well.. is the Sarah Michelle Gellar Grudge movie went out already?... I haven't seen that American version..... but I've seen the original Japanese... and I didn't like it as much as I like the Ring...

When I saw the trailer of this I thought it's scary.. but it's not... I just didn't like the thought of having a ghost under my mattress while i'm still in it... hehehehe.....

Shamon, that's exactly what I thought. I guessed that Japanese culture played a big factor in my not understanding much of the movie.

I did enjoy hearing all the Japanese being spoken, though! I love languages.
