I was so hoping they'd have an advert last night when Chamber of Secrets was on television... instead I got previews of The Chronicles of narnia - which by the way looked like a decent movie, I just don't like those books..

Edited to add: OK, just read on that site that there were supposedly interviews and previews during COS last night. Granted I was flipping back and forth during the commercials to watch a PBS special on Elvis...but can't believe I missed all of them... hmmmmm

The new book is out this summer, but not the film. I am pretty sure that at one point it was scheduled for a summer or spring release but got pushed back.

The way I go through them, that won't last long.. lol. I read Order of the Phoenix in less than a day... I literally shut down everything, crawled into bed with the book and read until I fell asleep. Woke up the next morning and started reading again and read until I finished... if I recall correctly we figured timewise it took me less than 24 hours to get through it... Maybe I should start over and read all five before the new one comes out..

Heh, I read OotP in under 36 hours, and then I took a day off and re-read it at a slower pace, which took a good 2 or 3 weeks. Then I started back at book 3 and read through to the end again since there are always a lot of things in the earlier books that relate to the later books that you don't know about at the time. It's a good series to re-read because of that, like re-watching a movie with a suprise ending to see all the clues you missed leading up to it the first time.

Well, I'm not that fast a reader. I usually crawl thru the book and try to take guesses as I go along (sometimes I'm too good at guessing that I am not surprised when I read the twist). It must have taken me 3 days, 6 hours per day, to finish OotP.

I'll probably reread the whole series before or after HBP. I still need to buy my own copy of Books 1 to 3.

And there's also the HP movies to keep us occupied! Cheesy
