I thought I would start an on-going thread about movies we've seen recently and don't want to start a whole new thread.

I certainly wouldn't start one for Dead in the Water which I watched last weekend on WGN. But it was pretty good. Slow but good. Good twists and turns.

My sister was watching Ever After (Drew Barrymore, Angelica Houston) yesterday on cable TV, so I also sat there to watch (my Internet was still broken yesterday). The bad thing was the movie got cut off when it was about to be finished! Angry

I watched Team America World Police last week.

Other than the nasty and disturbing "puppet love" (which was actually far worse than i had imagined) it was an awesome movie. Watch especially if you dislike Susan Sarandon and Sean Penn as strongly as i do

"Escape from New York" (on DVD).... yep the old one, with Kurt Russell (who I swear does not age!!) My DD had seen Escape from LA and so we decided to get this one and watch. And "Shaun of the Dead", which we both thought was hilarious. I love Netflix, let's me watch old and new movies... and introduce her to some I enjoyed at her age.

I have "Frida" coming - anyone seen this? A colleague from school recommended it.

I loved "Team America".. thought Kim Jong Il was hilarous!!

Last Night I watched Halloweentown High on the Disney Channel :cool4:

. lol it was great like all Disney movies. The last movie I saw that I rented was Pulp Fiction...Quentin Tarentino is strange.

well Revenge of the Sith... I've seen different movies this past days over HBO like Richie Rich last night...but I haven't actually watched it in full..... parts only...

we might watch A Lot Like Love with Ashton Kutcher tonight... Cheesy
