Now I'm not sure if this belongs here...but it is the closest thing to Plays so.. we'll see   Grin
 
The hit new broadway musical Wicked is absolutely wonderful.  I think it is touring in Chicago, Orlando, Houston, and LA this year!  I went to see the show in LA! It is fantastic..the vocals and the acting! Julia Murney as Elphaba (Wicked Witch) and Kendra Kassebaum (Glinda). The same actors tour all over the country.  If you have the time to see this show I would reccomend it highly! It will be worth it...especially with Julia and Kendra.

I saw this show a year or two ago on my first trip to NYC.  It was amazing.  Elphaba can SING.  Defying Gravity gave me goosebumps...literally.  It was great.  I also, highly reccomend it to anybody.

Yeah! I would have loved to see the orginal cast (Idina Menzel & Kristin Chenoweth) but they were great!  
 
P.S. If you didn't know, Kristin Chenoweth played Mary Jo Gornike in the movie "RV".

lol, I didn't know that.
 
I still listen to some of the songs from the soundtrack today.  Even if you never saw the show, the sound track is almost as phenominal.
