Information about lost movie

hi there ...
 
well,  i saw a movie many years back , it was based on "bar" , a man came and killed a person in the bar and many people rushed out , but 6 or 7 people left , in which there was a girl too , and the man trying to kill people inside and made a girl naked too , the whole movie is shooted in the bar , but i forgot the name of the movie ...  
 
there was a scene i remember , a man burns out a cigeratte and let everyone smoke it, and where the ash dropped the man killed ....
 
plz if anyone remember do give me the name of this movie

Do you know any of the actors?  If so, Google the actor and look at their filmography and see if the names of their films (and year) strike a chord.

nop  =( dont know any actor , i saw it on M-NET , i dont rememba da actors even da name of the movie ,

But why i think the movie sounds funny, especially the ash falls the person will be killed. May be it's a scary movie. Some ghosts...
