I saw the trailer for this when I went to see the end of Avatar (finally!).  I am soooo excited.  I loved the old 1981 version with Harry Hamlin - and this one looks amaaazing!

I'm not sold on the new trailer, but my husband is.  It came across as kinda plotless.

I agree the trailer didn't give too much "plot" - but my thought was, it's Greek mythology, we all know the plot.. so they're trying to sell the special effects.. maybe??

I figure those who go to this movie will already know the story of Perseus, and just thinking about the changes in special effects from the '81 version to this one is enough to make me want to see it... Smiley

It's gotta beat being dragged to any of the "Twilight" movies.

Well I have seen the first one on DVD, but not the second.  My husband would probably rather lick the floor of a movie theatre than go see a Twilight movie...so there ya go.

I thought this was a good remake but still prefer the original.

I loved it when they were selecting their weapons of choice and they found the metal owl from the original movie.
