What happened to The family? It has prempted because of WAR but nothing had been said about its return. I didnt watch it nor care to and based on reviews I read no one liked it lol But I was asked by a friend about it anyone know?

They are going to re do all over this summer.........after doing a publicity thing to drum up support. Like the way they did with the original mole.

I was trying to watch it - just because I need to feed my reality addiction.  
 
Are they not going to finish with this first family before starting up with another, duckie.  I don't remember what network it was on.  Where can I find some info?

A combination of war coverage, schedule jumping, and not-up-to-par ratings have caused ABC to remove The Family from its current schedule, to push back Are You Hot? for several weeks, and to postpone the premiere of new series Extreme Makeover.
 
ABC has announced that The Family and Are You Hot? were both struggling before the war began, and the schedule juggling due to pre-emptions have only hurt matters. Even though The Family was not itself pre-empted, other shows during which ABC would have promoted The Family have been. Furthermore, the show was scheduled to move in two weeks to Thursday nights to allow NYPD Blue to return to Tuesdays. This would be yet another change that could have further eroded the viewing audience.
 
Therefore, ABC has decided to instead put the show on hiatus and show it during the summer, a strategy they used with The Mole 2 last year. (Does this mean we can expect to soon see a “Celebrity Family” as well?)
 
 
(Ok I was wrong on the Mole, it was 2 not the original LOL...and it will be the same family)
