Anyone have any idea as to the rumor that another Celeb Mole is in the works?  I was hoping for another non-celeb edition, but I guess that's not gonna happen.....**sniff** anyone out there that has info plz let me know!

Well, The Mole is probably the only reality show that can draw a lot of celebrities, since it consists of staying in nice hotels and castles and drinking wine, as opposed to living on the ground and eating bugs.
 
I'm not surprised to hear another celebrity edition is in the works, but that's not a good thing.  It's kinda like the end of "who wants to be a millionaire" when it was all celebrity stuff for chartity, and then it died.  I see the same thing happening here.. 2 or 3 celebrity editions and then goodbye...

I heard about the were thinking about it, but according to ABC press release on the line up and new shows there was no mention of The Mole coming back.

I heard that there will be another celebrity mole but it will be different then the first. The original host will be back and there will 12 A-list celebrities instead of 7 people who you probably never heard seeing who could eat the hottest pepper. It will be more like the original I hope.

blech.  I never even thought about watching the celebrity version when it aired.  It's all about seeing people compete that you know nothing about, forming opinions of them, and cheering them on.  When you put celebrities in the same situation it doesn't give you that opportunity because you are already familiar with them.  Sounds like another show that I won't be watching again.
