JUSTIN GUARINI, the curly-headed crooner from the first "American Idol," was cited by Grand Prairie, TX, police Saturday after witnesses said he nearly ran over a five-year-old girl with a personal watercraft. KELLY CLARKSON was with Guarini at Joe Pool Lake along with some friends when the incident occurred. According to the Ft. Worth Star Telegram, Justin ran the watercraft up on shore, stopping just a few feet short of the girl. The singer was charged with unsafe boating, a rather serious offense that is punishable with a fine of up to $2,000 and a maximum of 180 days in jail. Kelly, Justin and their friends were reportedly kicked out of the park following the event.

IDIOT!  It's a good thing I wasn't there - Paxil or not.  I would have wanted to beat him within an inch of his life.  Thank God that little girl or no one was struck.
