Reality TV has not only delivered great small-screen moments -- but some super-smokin' babes as well! Now, the hottest of the crop are posing in Maxim magazine's August issue, on stands July 22nd, and only ET can take you behind the scenes for a look at the gals at their photo shoot! "American Idol"'s blonde beauty KIM CALDWELL, "The Simple Life"'s PARIS HILTON and NICOLE RICHIE and "Bachelorette" TRISTA REHN are among the primetime divas involved in the spread.

Kim told the mag if she could change anything about her already-bodacious bod -- it might be her chest! "If I could change anything I'd have bigger boobs ... but if I did get a boob job I'd be like, 'Check 'em out aren't they great?' I wouldn't be one of those girls who try to pretend nothing happened." She also warns all that even though she looks sugar-sweet, she's really a wild cat: "As a Texas girl, I promise you: Don't mess with me, because I will throw down. And I will win."

Hotel heiress Paris and her partner in reality TV Nicole (daughter of LIONEL RICHIE) were taken out of their mansions and carted off to a farm to fend for themselves in their upcoming FOX fun-fest. Paris told Maxim she has a surprise in store for viewers: "I think the biggest misconception about me is that I'm this spoiled brat ... but I'm not. I'm, like, the total opposite."
