In this fourth installment of a five-part series, three women are left to compete for the affection of the Mueller kids and the heart of their Dad. In a race to the altar, each of the remaining ladies are whisked away on romantic all-day dates with Don. The kids have plans of their own for the women that will test the contestants' patience and stamina-and show how badly they fear having more bad facts revealed about them! Later, the kids decide which two women will get lie detector tests before eliminating one more contestant, leaving only two women to compete for their Dad's hand in marriage. "Who Wants to Marry My Dad?" is produced by NBC Studios and Nash Entertainment. Bruce Nash ("For Love or Money," "Mr. Personality") - who created both "Meet My Folks" and "Who Wants to Marry My Dad?" - is executive producer of the series.

That would be Monday night - 9PM central.....

Last night was quite an episode. My daughter and her husband have been watching it too - she told me both of them were in tears at the end.

One of the women (of the last 3) was so endearingly sincere - and had fallen in love with Dad. She had a great connection with his children. At one point there was a challenge followed by the dreaded lie detector test. This particular women came through with flying colours (which was a first) whereas, the other lady didn't.

Apparently, Dad's clan decided his feelings weren't as profound as hers, and they voted her off. I wasn't crying but I was choked up. I felt the hurt.

So, two women are left - both blonde, one a tad younger than the other.

Check it out next week........

I still can not comprehend why they asked the brunette to leave. She was sincere and her heart was in the right place. The blonde beauty queen that was not elimated is there for the wrong reasons.

It was apparent that the children over-rided their instincts so that dad could keep the one he was more physically attacted to.

I am not sure they were doing Dad a favor.

I totally agree Quantum...I did think it was nice that the girls wrote a letter to Cynthia telling her how they felt...and it was heartwrenching to watch her go - esp knowing that she was so honest and open about how she felt about him.

Why on earth would a man let his kids chose him a wife ?
Why couldnt he tell em when asked wich one he liked (cant say love here) the most?
What kind of people agree to participate to that kind of tv shows?

Even though there was a lot less skin showed in this "reality show" than in many others such as Temptation Island and co. this show is by far, IMO, one of the worst. I cant figure it out.

If this show becomes a #II - I certainly will be tuning in. I loved the gentleness of Don's family towards the women.

Tonight when the final lady was chosen, I was so happy that I could barely contain myself. They look so beautiful together, Christina and Don. His children love her and I hope they will feel the same about her children.

I loved the finale.

My daughter had some thoughts on last night's finale and I agree. Last night I was looking at what was happening and not thinking clearly.

When Christy appeared on the balcony, looking amazing and angelic, then walked down to the group - she was so hopeful to be chosen.

I really feel the family and Don should have met with her privately to say the nice things they did. My faces reddened after Don told her he wasn't choosing her. Then he asked her for one last kiss (typical man) which she shunned.

Well, that being said, this IS a reality/game show. Just my two cents.
