Real World Rap Sheet for 'Real World' Star

LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - After a lengthy hiatus from unearthing dirt on reality television stars, the good folks of TheSmokingGun.com are back in business. TSG, after failing to find any scandals in the cast of "American Juniors," reports that Adam Smith, mop-topped co-star of "Real World: Paris" was arrested in Georgia on Monday, Aug. 18.
 
Apparently the Stanford-educated Smith flagged down a Statesboro cop in the wee small hours of the morning and then took off running. The police soon caught up with him and he was charged with "loitering/prowling" and being a pedestrian under the influence. Smith, a Beverly Hills resident and the son of a Commodore, was in Georgia visiting Clyde "Ace" Amerson, a Georgia Southern student and bar owner who was also in the Paris house
 
Smith joins an esteemed rogues gallery of "Real World" and "Road Rules" cast members who have made ignominious appearances on the Smoking Gun website. Certainly his crimes are less severe than "Road Rules" contestant Donnell Langham, who was charged with assaulting his teenage girlfriend. He's probably closer to on par with "Real World: Las Vegas" housemate Frank Roessler, who pled guilty to charges of criminal mischief stemming from a frat prank involving feces at Bucknell University.

'Real World''s Adam arrested
STATESBORO, Georgia (AP) -- A cast member from the current season of MTV's "The Real World" faces charges of loitering and public drunkenness in Georgia.  
 
Adam King was arrested early in the morning of August 18 in Statesboro after flagging down an officer and then running from him, police said.  
 
King was arrested on charges of being a pedestrian under the influence and loitering/prowling, both misdemeanors. The 24-year-old was released on bond later that morning.  
 
Statesboro is home to Ace Amerson, a fellow cast member from "The Real World: Paris." Amerson wasn't mentioned in the police report.  
 
King, who lives in Beverly Hills, California, joined Amerson and five other young singles in Paris for five months for the reality show.
