October 10, 2003 -- CBS head Les Moonves has finally acknowledged his romance with network newswoman Julie Chen. The couple - who have been dating for a while, officially since Moonves split from his wife of 24 years, Nancy, in April - appeared in a photo on the back page of Variety yesterday with his arm around her shoulder. A source at CBS said that by posing together at a party, "they sort of have gone public now." A rep for Moonves declined comment.
