Cool SPIKE! TV is now re-running the Joe Schmoe episodes again. However this time they have added commentary and comments from Matt. At certain points it pauses and Matt will tell you what he thought of the process and what he was thinking.  
It make certain parts really funny, and lets you see how easy it is to dupe someone into believing they are on a reality show.
