It stars Raven Symone, remember the cute little kid from the Cosby show? I think it comes on Nick, or the Family Channel, i can't remember.  But a lot of people like the show.
 
I've never seen it, but i have TONS of respect for Raven.  She hasn't fallen into the hollywood stereotype of so thin its nasty.
