I will have to say Laura, since they are trying to win designing for INC which is more Laura than anyone else.  Michael is too sporty of a designer to design for INC, Uli is great but not INC material, and Jeffery is too off-the-wall for INC.  Working at Macy's in my hometown we all agree it will be Laura, just for the INC factor.
 
I would love for Uli to win, but her work is not INC, in my opinion!!!  Uli is my fave!!!

Uli deserves the win. However, the last few episodes have shown as a very lite version of Jeffrey, so unfortunately I think he's gonna end up winning this season, which would be a shame IMO.

It is so weird we all like Uli, but I think she does have a shot...watch she will win and we will all be happy!
