They were shown in the previous fighting, HE was going to hit Victoria but caught himself, and for that, he does not deserve to be called by his birth name. Also, that preview reminded me of Alison and Donny (Eliminated) and Colin and Christie (Last place).

This is strictly a guess. I think with the shots of Don/Mary Jean as well as Bolo/Lori. I also think Victoria/Jon bring in the ratings so they aren't going anywhere.
