Just thought of this. Three 7s usually mean good luck. Meredith and Gretchen have had three seventh place finishes. Not only that but in the 7th edition of the Amazing Race. Could this be some type of hint at how much Meredith and Gretchen get lucky in TAR 7. CBS seems to emphasize their shocked reactions at every 7th place finish. Could this be editing to show they'll be lucky enough to make final 3 and maybe win?  Shocked

I wouldn't mind that. It's about time an "older" team wins this race. I'm young and everything, but I do not think that youth should have much bearing on this race, yet it seems to make many others think that an older team is weak, when that's not necessarily true.
 
Also, they seem like a nice enough team, so I would not mind one bit if they won.

I hope not...I don't want them to make it to the final three...maybe final 5 or 6..but not 3..!
 
And, the 7's thing is pure luck to me..cbs wouldnt show something like that obvious

Having 3 straight 7s is bad. I wonder why you are so happy Willard. But at the end of 6 legs, M/G still have a better average thean 2nd placers Teri and Ian.  Shocked
