Rope a Basket: This option required each Team member to use a rope to tie a basket containing 35 pounds of alfalfa to their back and carry it two-thirds of a mile to a store. Only Uchenna & Joyce completed this option.

Milk It: For Milk It, Teams must choose goats from a pen, tie them up and milk them until they’ve filled a ten-ounce cup. While the task appeared simple, milking the goats was not as easy as it looked and could take Teams a long time to finish. Rob & Amber, Brian & Greg, Meredith & Gretchen, Lynn & Alex and Ron & Kelly milked goats on this leg.

In Botswana, this Roadblock required one person to navigate their Team’s vehicle through a crocodile-infested crossing on the Khwai River. Then, continuing through the bush, the driver must choose a driving path by removing the marking posts along the way. However, trees felled by elephants blocked each path. The racer must remove logs in the path, then drive to the next clue. Alex, Rob, Greg, Meredith, Ron and Uchenna crossed the river for their Teams.
