I vote that the Yeild be removed. It never makes a difference anyways. I believe that it only occurs  on a non-elimination leg and the teams just get bunched up again, anyways. All it's used for is to get two teams mad at one another and create some "drama" that may not have been there before or that wasn't as fueled at that point.
 
The Yeild is pretty much useless in my eyes. Rarely does it have any affect on the outcomes for the teams that Yeild and for the teams that are Yeilded.

I say Ron and Kelly yield Meredith and Gretchen because there are so many options! But, I wouldn't mind who yields who as long as no one yields Ron and Kelly!  Grin
