Amazing Race Computer Game(idea)

Hey, I was wondering if anyone here had good enouh computer skills to where you could create an Amazing Race game. I was thinking and am hoping that us here at forumsnet can all try to help and make one. Not somthing you go to stores and buy but somthing u just set up... Examples would be:
