1st- 1,000,000
2nd- 25,000
3rd- 10,000

As you can see there is a drop off from 1st to 2nd. I think I speak for everyone that has every been a racer. Even for those lucky enough to win, except for the winners of are season who said that the only way the race would be worth it is if they won, but what about the experiences in Ethiopia with the children and being able to visit Sri Lanka before such a horrific disaster hit... On to a much lighter topic, it was great to see all the fans in San Diego, some 600 of them. My wrist is still sore from signing autographs. From the conversation I had with the Cbs people at Trophies they are going to do this every race finale and possibley premier. So I hope to see you all this fall, and we can cheer Rupert and his family on

A side note about the prize money. Rob and Amber reportedly recieved 500,000 to do the show. All the talk of them going to CBS and saying that they wanted to do the show blah blah blah, was false. CBS contacted Rombers people and asked if they would be interested in doing it. They only did of course for a guarantee of $500 grand. All Stars + TAR+ The Wedding= 2.6 Million (way to milk Cbs)

U/J were alternates for are season. They sat next to Avi/Joe in the CBS board room when we all were going to the final interviews with the CBS Execs. Guess God had a plan for you two. Great Job this season!

They give you a small amount for coming in last, but they earn MILLIONS per episode.

That's why Reality shows are very popular right now. You don't have to pay people that much money, but you earn millions!

Remind me later, but I will try to tally how much they spent on TAR7 (whole season) and let's find out how much money they made.

Uhm, commercials? They pay the station money just to get their commercials aired during TAR. The more popular the show is, the higher the commercial owners have to pay to air their ad. That's how it works in ALL TV shows. That's why TV is free.
