There was Tara and Wil. They were a separated couple when they were racing. They were pretty much dysfunctional (something like Ron and Kelly), they yelled at each other, but they possess excellent racing skills, and had the best average for the season.

I didn't really watch much of TAR2 but I do remember the footrace to the end. Tara and Wil were so close to winning but noooo they couldn't run to the finish line. Chris and Alex ran to the finish line and ended up winning.

It was even closer than the Freddy and Kendra/Kris and Jon race I think.

What did I like about TAR2? Hmmm, Brazil is a great country to visit, but I feel the challenges there were not interesting enough. Some of the teams were sort of "filler" and no distinguishing character to separate them from other teams.

One of the best move I have seen in TAR was when Tara and Wil lost a clue in the airport! They have read the clue, but really didn't know the specifics. The way Tara discovered how to get to their next destination without a clue is really awesome!

Tara and Wil knew they supposed to get to Anchorage, Alaska, but not much else. They begged the other teams, but they did not reveal anything. So Tara and Wil went to shops to read through travel guides. Thank god Tara found something found something familiar and called the company (one with charter flights) to ask if they were expecting teams. Spot on! Grin

We mustn't forget those "Gutsy Grannies" Peggy and Claire! They were absolutely hilarious...it was a shame they only made it to the third episode, (although they didn't better than anybody anticipated.) I loved the fact that 2 60-something year old Grandmothers were on the Race. God bless them!!!

4 all female teams came in first...The Grandmothers (Forget names) Leg 2 from The Amazing Race 1 by using a fast forward, Mary and Peach Leg 6 from The Amazing Race 2, Tian and Jaree Leg 4 from The Amazing Race 4 by using a fast forward, and Debbie and Bianca Leg 1 of The Amazing Race 7
