HI Everyone,
I joined today because of Deekeyu said you all are the best forum.

Jonathan and I were among the Amazing race contestants to attendend and help out.
To set the record straight we didnt just show up we all interacted on the starting line all seven pitstops as well as the finish line and after party which we signed t-shirts and photos for hours. In addition we also had a booth for people to pay to get an 8x10 glossy with all us reacers as well. Ray and Deana and thier band preformed.
We were all assigned a few differant pitstops to announce to the teams what postion they came in as and also the difficult task of eliminatining. There were about 50 teams who set out on friday afternoon in three heast a half hour apart. There were two pitstops this day and this helped to narrow down the teams to about 35.
The next morning at the pit start the teams set out while still dark out to the remaining three pitstops.
The teams left on this day in two heats for the first two pitstops with a small break then the final 10 teams left the last and final pitstop together and the 1st, 2nd, and third place teams were awarded but all final teams crossed the mat with all of us racers, and event racers, as well as friends family and supporters there to greet and congradulate thier finish.

sorry for the long winded discription but so many people didnt know the extent the event involved and Kelly got the local police and other officails to help out and supprt the event to make it as close to the experience as the real race was for us and we had a great time we are all proud of.

Haha Lakelady, it really is Victoria!  I e-mailed her this morning asking her about forums and I also asked her to post here because I really think this is a nice, fun place to post, or else she wouldn't have even heard of it. Grin

Hey Victoria, Welcome ,

Thanks for all the details of the race.  You said there was 50 teams that set out.  I might be wrong, but wasn't there room for 100 teams?  Wow, 50 teams are a lot already though.

I saw pictures of Rob there, was Amber with him as well?

HI Guys,
I'm not sure how to prove I'm me except you can go to my website www.victoriafuller.net  and email me from there and you will get confirmation that way. I told Deekeryu this was the reason I stopped posting on alot of other sites because they never believe its really us.
Any way thanks for inviting me into this forum. Watch us tomarrow night on Bravo for Battle of the network stars. Or at least those of you who live in the USA.
 thanks Kiss

Yes there was room for as many teams that wanted to sign up. But at the finish line and the banquet party there were several hundred people that paid to attend.
Kelly was able to Raise over one hundred thousand dollars. The charity was to raise money for a childrens home for abused children and orfans. The charity was started By her best freind who was murdered last Halloween night and the charity never got it's chance to start. The killer was never found and the show 48hours with Barbara walters( I stand corrected She is not on this show she is on 20/20) the Blonde womean who did alot of the initial interveiw got me confused) is doing a hour long show about the murder the girl Leslie and the Charity to raise money to help solve the mureder and build the House that will be named after Leslie. This event will become an annual event and grow very large very fast in the next few years. Kelly is awesome!!!!
The show will air in september I will keep you all posted.
