Teams that have Surprised you

As I was watching Amazing Race last night I was thinking about teams that have surprised me this season.
 
The biggest one is Fran and Barry. At first I thought they  would do really well but the first two legs they were pitiful. They have now come in 4th twice in a row. They are doing well as a result of their effort and not because of other teams mistakes. I LOVE that they were smart enough at the airport to as if there was an earlier connection. I also like that they do not desire to be the passive, nice old team... Meredith and Gretchen, for example, seemed to want to be a nice team to help others. But Fran and Barry are in it to do well and not help other teams advance (particularly Lake and Michelle). They also seem to be the first old team to have the mindset of "we want to win" rather than "we want to make it to the next leg".
 
Ray and Yolanda:  I really thought they would be in the top three-four each time, but instead they are nearing the bottom to elimination point.  
 
Dave and Lori: When the first episode aired I was surprised at how well they did, now they are faded and started to make careless mistakes. If Lori was calm last night instead of incredibly flustered she might have realized there were extra pieces.  
 
Lake and Michelle: It amazes me how annoying Lake is. I thought I would like this team but alas I cannot stand them. He gets really mad over mistakes he makes and because other teams do not want to help him out.  
Also-- Does anyone else forsee a problem soon if Michelle doesnt start doing roadblocksHuh Every team has a 2-2 roadblock (except Ray/Yolanda who are 3-1).. and Lake and Michelle have a 4-0 for roadblocks...
 
 
The rest of the teams haven't surprised me that much...

Danielle/Dani - They seemed so strong yet so clueless...
 
Wanda/Desiree - I thought they could go far! Cry
 
Fran/Barry - Never expected them to cruise through 2 legs easily without facing any problems.
 
Ray/Yolanda & Joseph/Monica - One of them has to come in first next leg..!! Wink

Danielle/Dani - They were such a potential F3 team but I just think they lack this big factor of LUCK.
 
Joseph/Monica - Do, DO come in first soon! =D
 
Wanda/Desiree - Didn't expect them to go so soon.
 
Dave/Lori - I expected them to be real weak, but apparently they're working well together and doing.. Well, not so bad actually.
 
Fran/Barry - I thought they would go soon, but they're great! Perhaps they could work harder at walking TO the clue boxes instead of PASS them. Heheh.
