- Everyone's smart and knows what they are doing. Maybe small mistakes, but no blunders.
- Everyone's likeable. Nobody finds another person irritating.  
- Little inter-team and intra-team arguments

i like the second and third ones but what is TAR without the team that manages to get themselves lost or do stupid things and manage to survive?

It will probably have the following teams (or better versions of them):
 
- Kris and Jon
- Hope and Norm
- Dave and Margaretta
- Lena and Kristy
- Rob and Brennan
- David and Jeff
 
I don't think I'll like it much.

As much as I hate the villain teams (well most i suppose if you consider C/M a villain) it would be a boring show without them.

The show needs one team that you can hate and want to leave
 
but i agree with JP's post but honestly how can you get a team better then Kris and Jon?? i'd settle for just as good but i don't think its possible for any team to actually be better

I certainly wouldn't be happy. I love nice and sweet teams, but honestly, it's gonna be REALLY BORING if there were no friction on the show at all. And sometimes, it's nice to have a team you hate. When they leave, it'll be time to rejoice. Lol.

A lot of teams are like that. Off the top of my head, Andy and Laura from TARA. I liked them at times, and then I hated them at other times. Many teams are like this, which is why the race is so good, you wonder whether the teams will improve in your rank next week or go down.

The best kind of cast would have 11 teams and ten contrast with each other and then one just acts as a free agent.
 
Rich team not used to difficulty vs. poor team used to working hard
Smart, but weak team vs. stupid, but brawny team
World travellers vs. never been out of the state
Young and crude vs old and respectable
Obnoxious daters, secure in their relationship vs thoughtful daters, working out their relationship
And finally a team that's just well-balanced.
