In anticipation of TAR 12s upcoming final leg I've been thinking back to the other final legs and was wondering what everyone's final race was? I'm not talking what season did your favourite team compete in, but rather was race did you like most for the suspense and the non-obvious winner?

I have watched all the seasons so I dont know about some of the seasons so I'll comment on the one's I've seen..

TAR1- It was really between two teams, as the third was too far behind to even cross the finish line. However, I didn't find that much suspense, simply because i found Franks "oh I'm from NYC so I'm going to win, where as Rob/Brennan are not" was too obvious that he wouldn't win.

TAR 5- This was initially questionning, but once Colin/Christie and Nicole/Brandon were on the later flight it was fairly obvious that Chip and Kim would win with the 20 minute (or whatever it was) advantage

TAR6- This again came down to two teams, but once freddy and Kendra were on an earlier flight I found the suspense gone and they were obviously going to be the winners.

TAR7- This was fairly intense, but again came down to 2 teams and I had this feeling once Uchenna and Joyce managed to get on the flight that already pulled away, they would win, it was obvious this was their leg to win, luck was on their side (I mean, come be realistic, they were at the detour in Jamaica while Rob and Amber were at the route marker in Puerto Rico)

TAR8- This was probably my second favourite for suspense because I really had no idea if it would be Bransen or Linz that would finish first and even when the Linz just barely beat Bransen there was still that inital footrace

TAR9- This is probably tied with TAR11 for favourite final. Eric and Jeremy appeared to have it in the bag cuz they were first in the final city but whoever did the roadblock couldn't get it and BJ/Tyler managed to pull ahead and win the final roadblock and take the million, but that final roadblock was sooo intense that you had no idea who would win first

TAR 10- I don't remember this at all, except it was obviously Jeremy/Tyler's leg to win since they were lucky to get on the final with Kimberly and what's his face...

TAR11- Tied with TAR9- the entire time I had no idea who would win, then Eric/Danielle finished the final task first and i thought okay they are going to win, but it was only a few minutes ahead, but then they got stuck in traffic and Dustin/Kandice seemed to have no traffic problems, it was so nail biting...

TAR - I didn't find it exciting at all because half the time we are thinking about whether the guidos will catch up or not.

TAR 2 - Definitely, the FOOTRACE to the finishing line is what makes the amazing race!

TAR 3 - 3 teams to the finishing line, had to be one of the most exciting finales where you don't even know who will win.

TAR 4 - Reichen and Chip were trailing throughout, nothing much exciting.

TAR 5 - I had to say i was really excited. Even though Chip and Kim are the only team on the first flight, but we all know how good racers Colin and Christie were, that's why i was so tensed up and worried Chip and Kim wouldn't win, but i'm glad they did.

TAR 6 - Somehow i wasn't excited about it, because Freddy and Kendra and Kris and Jon were almost alone throughout the final leg, until at the eating the pizza task where we could see Freddy and Kendra took Kris and Jon's taxi. That's all.

TAR 7 - Romber VS Uchenna and Joyce, hell it was a stupid finale like TAR 6 where in TAR 6 you eat a pizza, TAR 7 you find Little Havana, which is even more stupid. But because two teams were neck in neck, it was one helluva finale.

TAR 8 - Spoiled since the beginning of the season, and expected the Linz to win anyway. But the Bransens and Linz were really close and it was exciting to watch them stressed out.

TAR 9 - One of my most hated winners, but i think the finale task was great. Agreed with Amber, don't really know who will win at all. Was so shocked when Hippies caught up and won. One of the better finales!

TAR 10 - Nothing exciting about, final task was extremely stupid and there wasn't even much of a race. It was BORING.

TAR 11 - Spoiled that E/D would win, but seriously i thought the final task was really cool and that if E/D wasn't spoiled to win, i would have thought the BQ's won. Ranked after Season 5 and 9 for me.

My ranking goes -

TAR 3
TAR 2
TAR 9
TAR 5
TAR 11
TAR 8
TAR 7
TAR 6
TAR 1
TAR 4
TAR 10

TAR 10 last because i hate the final two teams and i was angry to watch them race and a team was left behind too. TAR 1 because i only watched it a few years later after it aired and a team was left behind. TAR 4 because Reichen and Chip was trailing, a team got left behind and the finishing line was somewhere lame.

TAR1: It was real close until Frank/Marg got screwed by there taxi.

TAR2: The best ever.

TAR3: Similar to TAR2, although not quite as close, but it was a good trade-off because you had 3 teams who could win.

TAR4: ....I don't remember much.

TAR5: Exciting and suspenseful because you didn't know if Colin/Christie's limo would get there or not.

TAR6: Exciting with the finishline foot race even though Fredy/Kendra had it won.

TAR7: Not really exciting as the betting spoiler told me who won anyways...but for someone who didn't know, I'm sure it was exciting.

TAR8: Suspenseful with the final challenge.

TAR9: Same as TAR8.

TAR10: Excellent until Lyns were screwed because all three teams kept on changing the lead back and forth.

TAR11: Good and kinda suspenseful but like TAR7, already knew who won so it didn't matter.

Non Finale Footraces:
TAR9.10: The three best teams all fighting to not be last!
TAR2.12: It was exciting and cool how Tara/Wil got the time credit.
TAR7.5?: The one with Brian/Greg and Ray/Deana along with Ron/Kelly and Rob/Amber was great.
TAR7.12: Another Ron/Kelly and Rob/Amber
TAR7.8/9: The one where Juchenna takes the FF, another Relly/Romber.
TAR5.2: Maybe? Charla/Mirna gets passed at the end by Brandon/Nicole (this could be a differnet leg, but I know B/N won this leg so I assume it's this...
TAR4.1: Not a footrace, but three teams all tieing...cool.
TAR3.10: JVJ and Teri/Ian, although not a footrace it was edited to be.
TAR6.2: Kris/Jon and Hayden/Aaron with a tie...
TAR6.5: Freddy/Kendra narrowly beat Jon/Vic..
TAR8.1: Three families all running to the mat!
TAR8.6 (maybe?) The leg where Mama Paolo and compant won there second in a row, and they ran like hell!
TAR9. The one where Eric/Jeremy won there final leg and just beat out MOJO.
TAR10.4 Azaria/Hendekia win again.
TAR10.3 A record of most teams on the mat at one time was set.

Raceude--on topic of non-finale finishes/races, how can you leave out TAR6 and the pool episode?Yes, Lori & Bolo weren't close because of (Bolo's?) mistake with the ticket on the mountain, but three teams swimming/running around/across the pool was crazy!

What about TARA? I thought it was exciting. I thought Joebrina was gonna lose and I was so upset, and then they caught up and started dominating midway through. It was exciting for me at least. Cheesy

TAR 2: Well, for one thing, the footrace was a race, but it was too long for Tara. But it was exciting though

TAR 3: Exciting. Love it when Flo didnt believe that she won the race.

TAR 5: Ok, because you know Chip and Kim got onto a faster flight and Colin and Christie got onto a fast taxi and they may catch up any moment, especially when they pass each other at the maze.

TAR 8: The final task was good, and it was quite exciting with the initial footrace. Assuming that you did not read the spoilers of course.

TAR 9: The winners: I hate, but the last task was good. Especially in the snow. And it was quite exciting as well.

TAR 10: Stupid task and lousy winners. But it was quite exciting until the bamas were left behind in Paris

TAR 11: Interesting last task. So-so
