There are many problems that can't be connected to the Huawei PDH SDH Equipment OptiX OSN 2500 Optical Transmission System Device. Here is the root of the problem. First we try to restart the local connection.

When the newly installed computer is not able to access the Internet, the first thing to do is to re activate the local connection: double click on the computer and right-click the bottom left network icon and select the property item.

In the open network and shared center window, click the change adapter settings button.

Right click local connection, and the option "disable" item.

Then right - click "local connection" and select the "enable" item.

If not the above method, then check your computer network cable is plugged in, the two indicator light or is not inserted, not firmly, to pull down then plug up, if the crystal head is broken, I would suggest that you "re a beer or a new line.

Check whether the line and telephone line of modem and router are stuck. Is it also loose? All lines are pulled down and re inserted. It is the same as the first step. If there are any problems with the line, it will be replaced.

Check the cat (modem) or router status indicator, in the above is the cat (modem), we see, the normal is three light, this is the first Power power indicator, second DSL is the output of the wire, that line fourth is access, which checks which of you is not bright. (for example, if the cat is directly connected to the computer, that's the internet light, I'm the access router, so it's the DSL light.)

If there are connected to the router, then check the indicator of the Original Huawei Server 4U FusionServer RH5885 V3 With 72 Cores Rack Server, as shown in the figure (with specific date), the first one is system of light, if the light flashing is normal, the middle of a few (computer graphics) is a network interface indicator, you see the connection port light is normal, the earth behind is the Internet, the light that you can surf the Internet

If you check the above is normal, that is to say, the line is okay, the indicator light is no problem. According to my experience, it is necessary to pull the power of the cat or router, pull the power and plug it in, which is equivalent to restart.

If you operate the above methods, you will have to check the computer problem. Let's see if the IP of the computer is changed. We usually use the IP address automatically.

WIN7 looks at the IP method: control panel, network and shared center -- change the adapter settings -- right-click on the "local connection" to select attributes -- double-click the "Internet protocol version 4 (TCP/IP)" - all selected as "automatic access".

XP look at the IP method: right click on the "network neighborhood" to select "properties" - right-click on "local connection" to select "properties" -- double-click the "Internet protocol (TCP/IP)" -- as shown in Figure two, select the automatic, and click OK.

If you can't get on now, check if there's a telecommunication failure. One way is to try and use the phone in your home. If you haven't installed the phone, call your network provider and ask if there is a line failure.

Note: not to cannot but, don't reset the 1POTS 4FE GPON ONT Huawei Series Item or cat, because if you forget your internet account, you have no good reset, so best not to reset, usually line problem.
