It can be used to form a hydraulic dredging and filling unit with a high-pressure water pump for dredging and dredging operations, or a series of vertical pumps and a horizontal ship-land mud pump for combination into a pump operation group. Hydraulic excavation, excavation, filling and flushing units for hydraulic mechanization construction, is to simulate the principle of natural water flow scouring, by hydraulic action to dig sand, excavation work, water pressure generated by high-pressure pumps, through high-pressure water injection, ejected high-pressure high-speed water column, water column impact sand, soil wetting, disintegration, mixing. It is widely used in the excavation of coastal beach aquaculture plants; sand lifting, dredging and embankment construction of lakes and rivers; low-lying land reconstruction; large, medium and small water conservancy projects; farmland infrastructure construction and underground engineering. Structural features: the 1. pump is composed of pump body, impeller, guard plate, motor frame and bearing assembly. 2. the shaft seal of the pump is sealed with rubber skeleton and oil seal. 3. the rotation direction of the pump: from the direction of the impeller inlet to counter clockwise rotation. 4. use auxiliary impeller to reduce impeller backpressure and extend seal life. 5. the overcurrent parts are made of white wear resistant cast iron and wear resistant.
