I would love to see a vote for the worst Chatrooms.  I suppose would need two catagories.  Worst Chatrooms and Worst Chat Servers. Along with an explaination as to why.
 
My vote for the worst chatrooms would go to MSNBC.
 
Chatrooms should encourage the free exchange of information, ideas, and viewpoints.  The chat hosts, AKA Chat Nazis, at MSNBC discourage this by banning those who they personally differ with politically.
 
The Chathost, though experienced, are not well trained and enforce MSNBC Chatroom "Code of Conduct" without regard for what is actually written in the "Code of Conduct".
