For my fellow cannuckle-heads..
This website if you enter a postal code you can get your local TV schedual. Be it either be rogers cable, or starchoic or bell express view.  
It's nice because you can pick specific times, days and channels if you wish. It will also give you a small discription of the shows contents if it has them.

THanks for the congrats.... I also just realized how lucky we are up here on certain days. Last night I was able to watch paradise hotel, then BB4 back to back while our brothers and sisters in the US had to pick one from what I understand.
