My name is Garbo Croft. I am a seeker of ancient things that I collect from all around the world and bring to museums for the public to enjoy.

My good friend Gator O'Connell is a cryptologist who uncovers the meaning of ancient documents.

Together we hope to learn the secret Code to the Voynich Manuscript, now held at the Voynich Museum. We will travel there to uncover the clues.

The Voynich Manuscript has been dubbed "The Most Mysterious Manuscript in the World". It is named after its discoverer,the American antique book dealer and collector, Wilfrid M. Voynich, who discovered it in 1912. He found it amongst a collection of ancient manuscripts kept in villa Mondragone in Frascati, near Rome, which had been by then turned into a Jesuit College.

The manuscript is written entirely in a mysterious, unknown alphabet that has defied all attempts at translation. It is thought to contain ancient knowledge to extend life, as many of the old testament people were recorded to have lived.

An ancient sect of Jesuit Priests and their followers called "The Protectors" were distressed to lose the book to Voynich, and have sworn to stop anyone from discovering its secrets.

With the help of experts we've gathered, and in spite of those who wish to stop us, we intend to solve this mystery. Join us today!

Hunt for the Voynich Code is the fourth game produced by Garbo and Gator. The game will run approximately 8 weeks. It is an individual game, with three official challenges per week plus optional bonus ones available from pre-game onward. Please reply below if you wish to join our game.

I always encourage everyone I know to participate in one of the G&G games. You cannot possibly know what fun you are missing out on. Having the time to play is an issue for most folks. But each time a new game starts, those who don't have time find a way to work it into their schedules. They simply don't want to miss out on the fun, adventure and camaraderie.

You get to meet lots of new, fun people. Develop your own character. It challenges you to learn many new and interesting things. You experience agony over challenges that are difficult for you and elation over those that you can do well. Many times I've found myself wanting to quit from frustration, but always get the encouragement I need from fellow posters to endure and continue.

After the grand finale, there is a huge party! Hosts and ghostnics are revealed. All the answers to the puzzles and challenges are revealed. And it's a bonding time like no other.
